ABOUT US - WHERE WE CAME FROM

Macclesfield Town Ladies Football Club was started in 1997 when we fielded an Under 15 team in the Cheshire Girls League.

Since then we've progressed to become the largest ladies football club in Cheshire .

We have 8 teams and over 100 players ranging from Under 10's to Open Age being drawn from Macclesfield, Congleton, Wilmslow and surrounding areas.

We pride ourselves in being a friendly club with an active social life. A variety of events are held throughout the year. To see just a few go to News & Events.

All our Coaches are FA Qualified and hold current FA CRB checks and all Coaches/Managers and officials are volunteers.

Our Child Welfare Officer is Karen Bayley who can be contacted at any time should you have any questions.

CHESHIRE GIRLS LEAGUE

Cheshire Girls & Cheshire FA are conducting FREE U8's Girls Coaching Sessions over a 4 week period starting on 22/11/08 at Moss Farm Complex from 9.45am to 10.45am. Quiz Night

Our Quiz night held on 24th October 2008, which was also a cover up for the Retirement of Rex Beach who has worked tirelessley for 11 years within MTLFC, to provide and improve girls football. Rex has agreed to stay on with us for the time being as Publicity Manager until we can find a replacement. Pictures are also in the Photo Gallery.
